Who is responsible

Synapse Communication Design Private Limited is responsible for this Xcale website and the handling of website inquiry information. Xcale is part of Prototyze.

Information you share

We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include confidential files, sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to share.

If an online inquiry form is available, it may request your name, work email, organization, workstream and message. The native form passes these details to the configured mail service rather than creating a lead database in WordPress. Mail and hosting providers may retain information under their applicable policies.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process connection information in service logs. When the native inquiry form is used, a temporary keyed hash of the connecting IP address limits repeated submissions. The counter expires after 15 minutes of inactivity; submitted message values are not stored in that counter.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics are off unless you choose to allow them. Where analytics are enabled, you can change or withdraw your choice using the privacy control in the footer.

Video and external links

The Xcale introduction is hosted with this website and plays only when you choose to play it. Google Maps, Vimeo, Prototyze and other linked websites have their own privacy terms. Maps and external videos are not embedded or preloaded when you visit this website.
