XCALE / business-documents
Make detailed content easier to use.
Strong document design helps people navigate information, recognize the brand and find what matters—across a short case study or a longer publication.
Scope shaped around your needs
What we help you create.
- Reports and business publications
- Proposals, RFP responses and credentials
- Case studies, white papers and guides
- Internal communication and training documents
Built for the way it will be used.
We shape typography, layout, pagination, tables and visual hierarchy around your content and audience. The brief defines the structure, intended use and source-file requirements before design begins.
PDF, print-ready files and editable source formats are agreed to match the document and your team’s tools. Accessible-PDF or document-remediation work is a defined additional scope.

A few practical questions.
Can you design case studies and longer publications?
Yes. Business case studies, reports, guides and other enterprise publications can be scoped, including layout, pagination and print or digital outputs.
Can you make an existing RFP or PDF accessible?
We can discuss technical accessibility remediation and validation for a defined document. We do not label a file “ADA compliant” or provide blanket legal-compliance certification.
What about magazines and books?
Business magazines and book-length enterprise publications can be considered. Complex publishing requirements, editorial support and production specifications are agreed separately.
Will we receive editable source files?
The source format and handover are agreed before work begins, including fonts, linked assets and any third-party licensing limits.
